Truck driver App – MVP
CargoX needed to leverage the Brazilian logistic sector by offering real advantages, to achieve that goal we needed to design the app for drivers to accept, collect and inform status from each freight. Companies needed to know on real time if their products were collected and are already on their way for final destination, and finally, CargoX internal staff needed to know if the drivers are doing a good job by collecting freight on time and also respecting dead lines for final delivery time.

Freight tracking flow
It is crucial to have a fully understand of how drivers inputs, backoffice procedures and data are managed behind the scene, after all the research done, I’m ready to materialise all interactions in a flow and validate it with the tech team.

Research fase: contacting real users
The best way to empathize with users and get a real and deep understand of their needs is to meet them. Why not?
