Characteristics:
Setup is a long term project, and was require a MVP definition and also next releases plan.
Some requirements:
1. Deep research across startup departments and staff to identify existent roles, define patterns and use then to simplify as maximum as possible the roles and permissions required to business daily operation.
2- Create two types of users: employee and freelancer
