Service Blue Print
The blue print provides a full multi layer view of the entire product, is a very important UX tool, particularly one of my favourites, cause it helps all departments envolved (UX, Development, legal, financial, etc) to have a clear understanding of the entire product life circle. The example bellow shows the relationships between different service components: the client, the claim fases and states, internal staff, system invisible automatisations, all automatic communications sent from each claim state, and internal processes.
